This packet station has a PBBS to keep bulletins related to club activities including the popular Swap & Shop listing, exam and hamfest information for all clubs in the Pittsburgh area.

We have joined the Southwestern Pennsylvania Packet Group.
The SWPPG is a group of like-minded individuals that desire to see the perpetuation of Amateur Radio Digital programs. This includes the development of all aspects of Amateur Radio Service communications as well as support for Emergency Radio Service to provide backup to existing facilities.
The Group currently operates eight nodes that provide communications across, but not limited to, Pennsylvania. The system has the capability to cross-connect with other systems in West Virginia, Ohio, Maryland and other States to provide real-time communications.
